Ninaco - Bourg-en-Bresse

I keep coming back again and again, because both the food and the owner are amazing! Nina (the owner) and the chef keep trying new things, and are always eager to improve the quality of their food as well as to get better at making vegan dishes. They've proposed vegan options since they opened up and they always ask if it's good and if something could be improved for next time. Also, they cook with plenty of organic and local products, they have a lovely tea selection (black, green, white, rooibos, infusions), and the interior design is really well-thought, as it is a small restaurant but still feels pretty spacious with lots of beautiful furnitures, decorations and plants. (it's soooo lovely)

Just to take chocolate coffee before the service brunch, very good reception, very nice, served with a water carafe, nice little moment, thank you.

A tasty brunch where everything is prepared with care, we've been enjoying ourselves! the place is welcoming and warm, perfect for a good time. We'll go back there without hesitation!
