Little Caesars Pizza - Bountiful

Stop it to buy 2 regular pizzas and a 2 liters soda and got over charge it a tip! automatically with me no touching the payment screen? and didn't get a receipt , when back to complain and got refund it and charge again for the right amount! careful always request a receipt? no going back to this place!

Looks like things are getting even cheaper!!! More money, less product. Bought a pizza, bread sticks and sauce. Got a half a container of sauce. Went back in and they asked what the problem was? I showed them the sauce and they said that is how much you get now. I mentioned things are getting cheaper now? They responded, I guess so. It is sad how poor customer service is these days!

I have been to this Little Caesars for years. The gal taking our order hardlyspoke English let alone understood so needless to say our order was wrong. Deep dish pepperoni and sausage and instead I got two 1 pepperoni deep dish and one sausage deep dish not what I ordered. when I talk to the manager she talked to her general manager in Spanish. And would not explain anything I did get a coupon for a deep dish of the kind I want. But I do not eat pizza that often. And they didn't seem to care that my order was wrong.
