Keva Juice - Bountiful

Love the smoothies but worse ?team? in the service industry. Don?t bother calling in a smoothie because they won?t answer even after SIX TIMES OF CALLING. Then I went in and the store was dead. I asked if they don?t do call ins anymore and the lady said?no, we do someone might have just missed the phone? which I replied ?six times?? She starkly replied ?yeah most likely??.worstservice ever!

This is our go to breakfast place in town. They have healthy smoothies, they have protein smoothies, they have smoothies that taste like milkshakes. Usually my kids can share one because they?re large and the kids don?t finish the whole thing. I canfinish the whole thing. The staff in here is friendly and they are fast. And if you get to know them very well they can haveyour order ready before you arrive. 5 stars ?? all the way

OK I love Keva Juice. It's delicious and my favorite is the Keva Colada. I didn't mind the 15 minute wait because they were busy and only had two people. However, these two girls were zombies and obviously hated either their job or each other. Notalking, no friendliness, poor customer service skills. The girl would take money, make drinks, touch straws and not once didshe wash her hands! I would have given 5 stars had the employees had a different attitude and more cleanliness.

I?m the guy that used to call nearly every morning for the same drink. The past year is looking to be the downfall of Keva. I?m either getting a cup or juice or a cup of ice now days? when the store is open. The hours have progressively gone from 7:00am,to now apparently 10:00 11:00. DONT WASTE YOUR MORNINGS. I been coming to Keva Juice for years ! I always get the same drink from here , but lately my drinks been super watery and have no flavor whatsoever! Not only that the girl in the front was just looking at me didn?t even say ?Hi? or ? what can I getget for you ? just stared at me I honesty don?t know if it had to do with my race? Anyways after I ordered a white lady comes inand the girl in the front was super friendly to her and said ?hi, how can I help you? ended up doing her drink first ! When Iarrived first, not only that when the white lady got her drink she thanked the employee the employee replied to her but when Isaid ?thank you? I didn?t even get a reply ? Or even when I ordered. I honestly find that so disrespectful
