Arctic Circle - Bountiful

I don't understand how their service can be so slow. My children play baseball near the Mueller Park fields, and this is by far the next restaurant, so we come here with a certain frequency. She? ve was always slower than other fast food sites, but lately it has become ridiculous. In the other night we were going after two cars and it took fifteen minutes to get where to place your order, then ten more minutes to get it. 25 minutes to eat during a ride! And only two cars were in front of us. A few weeks before it took 20 minutes. You seem to have a full staff, so I don't know why they take so long. On one occasion, we went in and some of the employees did not seem to be doing much, so it might be a training problem. It took 15 minutes to get four ice cone on this trip. It is faster to drive to the Arbys or McDonalds from 2600. Go there instead.

My favorite fast food of all time. Super amazing burgers and fries. Inventors of fry sauce. Even have great kids meals with toys.

I know inflation is hitting everyone, but this is ridiculous. This is their Cheeseburger (without cheese, clearly). They legit cut a patty in half and put it on. I know they are probably trying to stretch their dollars just like the rest of us, but this is a bit of a stretch

My mother has been wanting the Halibut and Fries for a long time. Stopped in Thursday, The most awful fish ever. We could have had better out of a box from the store. We expected better and it should have been better for as much as they charge. I did not take pictures, I wish I had.

Unless you're ordering ice cream it's probably too complicated for the current crew. Ordered burgers and fries. Service was slow (15-20 minutes). We were eventually told to pull ahead because there was a delay with the fries. Once they were delivered, all of the food was cold and burgers haphazardly doused in mayonnaise. Hamburger patties were overcooked and dried out and totally inedible. (Took a few bites and threw it away). Assuming it was understaffed due to the pandemic and the poor kids were overwhelmed but would not recommend this location.
