Bidrage med feedbackWaited and waited and waited for my order. I called and it wasn't even gone. the excuse: we have a lot to do. You lost my business tonight and keep going. they call rocco, panatieri or lombardi instead of people.
There is a reason why a local pizza shop does not have a 4th Horribler customer service! Make sure you order your pizza 2 days in advance if you want to eat with your family in a decent hour! Owner/mngt did not have the order in the oven after over 90min delay and several phone calls with them say 10min away.
I would give them zero if I could. 90min for the order that never arrived! Owner/manager took the phone 10 seconds spent on the phone and decided that it doesn't matter to calm down the situation and hang the phone and canceled the order that my bet was never cook once! my wife called for the first time and was told 10min. 1 hour later I call and get the terrible service! common. let a client know the reality!
This is over. It was a little warm in there. Clean, friendly staff, quick service. Good pizza.
We ordered 2 pizzas, an antipasto salad, chicken tenders, and 2 subs. We get our food and notice the cheesesteak is missing so I call explain what I'm missing get put on hold for a decent amount of time for some guy to get on the phone and says they forgot to put it in the bag. I say no problem can someone deliver it to me? he states they didn't deliver it grub hub did. My response well grub hub didn't forget to put it in the bag you guys did. He then explains he doesn't have a driver and can't spare an associate to deliver 1 sub 10min away. Doesn't offer the return, I needed to ask for that and then was rude with his response. Poor customer service. Fast forward I eat my sub and as pictured below this is what is suppose to be a turkey and cheese sub....where's the turkey?
