Zolo Southwestern Grill - Boulder

Came here on a business trip and absolutely loved the place. Menu has several unique elements, and I wanted to try them all. The blue maize bread was amazing, and the chicken enchiladas with an egg above was incredible. Drinks and desserts were also excellent. It's a must, and I'll go back to my next trip.

Excellent service, delicious drinks and food, comfortable atmosphere and beautiful views. Justin is a phenomenal consultant and we enjoyed him as our server. We originally sat on the terrace, but alarming weather began to roll and the staff ushered us all in the interior (thanks to thinking about our security) and reseated us efficiently, but also in a friendly way. We had both drunk Campfire Margarita and Touch of Grey, both delicious and entice grilled anchovy and green Chile and cheese cakes, also fantastic. I can see how some diners feel that they would not get enough food for the price, but, really, this is the amount of food that most of us should eat for dinner; we both left feeling satisfied and not sick full. We had a data night and that was the perfect place.

Zolo is one of the small gems in Boulder, where you can have an exceptional dinner. The menu has a southwestern influence. I had the Cedar-planted salmon that was delicious. My less adventurous diner had the Cheddar Burger with the recommended sauces to offer a mild taste. Our waiter, Alex was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu give us some instructions on what to order. Sometimes the little things like these can make a big difference in the culinary experience. Very recommended.

Really good food, great service and felt really safe. They take the covid measures very seriously. They offer virtual menu, offer virtual payment etc. The lamb bath was the upper notch. We'd go back!

We loved this place. We were nearby and wanted to try a new restaurant. The food was delicious! The service excellent and we really liked the ambience. We were there on the weekend at lunch and were able to grab a table without reservation, but at night we heard you absolutely need a reservation.
