The Corner - Boulder

My managers took me here for lunch on my last day of work and I thought the food was great. Great fast casual concept and menu choices. I had a burger and fries and we sat on the patio. I would definitely eat here again next time I'm in Boulder.

So the counterperson Izzy just let me wait for five minutes as she took care of a line of 5 to 6 people without acknowledging me apparently, the order that I was waiting for was already picked up by somebody else and not only was she extremely rude to me about it But she actually said the words to me “am I supposed to acknowledge you before I finish Helping them?” I said yes, and asked what her name was, And then proceeded to get in touch with Uber to get the order canceled or refunded. As I was standing at the counter doing that she came up to me and said and what else can I do for you? Is there another order I said no I’m Trying to follow the process to take care of it. She proceeded to go into the back and tell the cooks that I was being rude and he came out and told me if I was rude to one more person I needed to leave. He started screaming at me when I told him I was just trying to follow the process and then he told me that I could do that outside. I actually cannot do that outside. I need their input. So I was just screamed at and kicked out because I called Izzy out on her being rude by not even looking at me even though she was finished with the line and just having a casual conversation when I said, excuse me, I’m waiting for a pick up. I was also waiting in the pick up area for several minutes and she did not look at me or acknowledge me in anyway until I spoke up. That’s really bad customer service and I will absolutely never come here for any reason ever again. I do not need to put up with this.

Ordering was super easy, food came in a timely fashion and was fresh and tasty

The past three times here my food has not been up to par for the price. I will not be coming back here again.

The best place to grab lunch with friend. They have the most helpful, friendly staff, and such a fun, cozy environment. Their menu contains such a wide variety of options, you will never run out of delicious food to try!
