Bidrage med feedbackOur first time at the restaurant and we sat at the sushi bar. The wait staff was super nice and even tought us some Japanese. The food was traditional, very fresh, and extremely good. We are definitely going back!Food: 5/5
We had dinner at Sushi Bistro TASUKI last night and I ordered the 8 piece omakase (chef's choice). IT WAS PHENOMENAL! The pieces were masterfully crafted. Each one of them was a work of art and absolutely delicious.ありがとうございます!!! ?
We were craving some good Japanese food and our favorite place in Boulder was packed, so we dropped in here about 8:45 to a fairly empty restaurant. However, we were greeted warmly and immediately and were given a table within 30 seconds on a Friday night. We ordered sake, beer, and a few apps. The agedashi tofu was above average, though the broth was unusually thick. The fried squid legs were very good, as well. The shrimp shumai was pretty good, but we didn’t think it was worth the price. For mains, we ordered a couple of fatty bluefin rolls and the sashimi moriawase. The rolls were quite good (especially the hand roll), and while the sashimi was above average, it wasn’t worth the steep price for so little fish and the mediocre presentation. We will go back here, though, because we found it to be the second best Japanese restaurant in Boulder and it wasn’t crowded.
Some of the freshest and best tasting sushi I've had yet. Most everything is a la carte. Highly recommended. And parking is terrible.Food: 5/5
Bright and peaceful ambiance in a cozy, nicely laid out dinning room. The excellent service was prompt and friendly. Starting with the miso soup, all of the food was delicious. The softshell crab, baked salmon roll, crab roll, shrimp dumpling, udon soup, and red bean mochi were all freshly prepared, beautifully presented, and delicious. Soporro is available on draft.
