Subway - Boulder

My online orders are consistently prepared incorrectly. Where did the olives come from? Weird because they're not listed on the receipt. But more than that, apparently the idea of light on the sauce is completely void from this place. I am not interested in a Dairy Queen-style sandwich blizzard with equal parts liquids and solids.

Fantastic place! The service and food is always exceptional and there's little that you could complain about. Definitely the employees that make this place though, outstanding in composure and attitude.

So I order my sandwich through the app so it's ready when I get there. I stand near the Express Pickup sign and wait. The person taking orders looks me up and down, doesn't even glance at my sandwich behind him then goes back to taking orders. This sort of behavior should be unacceptable for a company that goes through all the trouble to allow their customers to skip the line by ordering ahead of time through the use of an app. I think they actually ended up deeming his behavior unacceptable and let him go because I haven't seen him there in a while, so 5 stars.

The service at this restaurant is lovely, but it can be hard to get. Be prepared for a waiting period if you plan to eat here, as they prioritize online orders over in-person orders.

This hidden restaurant is difficult to spot from the road and has a challenging entrance, with a long ramp and some seemingly unsafe stairs.
