Sooooooo delicious...less busy after 1p. Ask about their lamb dish. Otherwise, butter chicken and Ra Thuk(essentially ramen) are my favs. Also, they'll have mango lassi once it's consistently warmer out ?

Spectacular food! Hands down best ramen in Colorado. A must. We had the chicken and tofu. I have no idea what the chef did to the tofu but it tasted amazing. I intend to go back as often as I can to try every dish! (Thank goodness our daughter is going to Naropa this fall!

If you want a meditative experience, along side all the meditation that happens at the school. A perfect marriage. I'm hooked brother Lama or as they say in Tibet shempha . Apologies for the spelling. Calling it Ramen doesn't give it enough respect.
