Illegal Pete's Boulder

Paid extra for quac and queso, and ordered it online to pick it up in store. The order wasn’t ready when I arrived, so I waited while they made it. Despite being the only one in line when I arrived, they made me wait for multiple people to cycle through before they prepared my food. When I was finally given my order, it wasn’t until I got home before I realized they didn’t include the salsa, quac, or queso, and now I’m eating a tortilla with rice and chicken. Delicious!

Love this place their burritos are 10 times better than Chipotle's

Boy I tell ya what, nothing I love more than cozying up to my fireplace on a cold hallow's eve in my big pointy slippers and floppy hat with an Illegal Pete's burrito in hand.

The food is good and the price was good, but the workers treated me like I was a burden and how dare I come in while they aren’t doing much to order food and pay them. The guy that took my money didn’t say a word, just took my cash and handed me change and turned away. Ok message received and since me coming in was such a burden I won’t be back. So disappointed.
