Brasserie Boulder

The burger was very bland, possibly one of the worst burgers I've ever tasted. The Mussels were decent, but the fish wasn't wrapped properly and it leaked all over my front porch. I can't rate the Coq Au Van because our delivery driver stole the dish. The Cassoulet was not good either.

The salad was largely greens that were well into rot. Inedible. The steak a bit too close to done but was still tasty. The frites were fine.

Love that Cafe Aion requires proof of vaccination to eat inside! We enjoyed a wonderful brunch. Interesting, diverse menu, delicious food and excellent service. This was a birthday celebration and we got special treats! HIghly recommend.

The food was mediocre. The steak frites meat was tough and too pink. The salmon was good but the portion was too small.

For $30 for cassoulet, this is the least flavorful dish I have ever received. Severely disappointed and wished I ordered a cheeseburger instead.
