Bidrage med feedbackThe food is a bit spicy and oily, but I appreciate the variety of vegan options available. I ordered the chole bhature, which is a deep-fried bread served with chickpeas in a spicy sauce. Be sure to ask for it to be made without milk, cream, or ghee, as these dairy products can be hard to spot in Indian cuisine, and sometimes people overlook them. The staff is knowledgeable about the ingredients used in their dishes, so as long as you clearly communicate your dietary requirements, you shouldn't have any issues with your order here.
I discovered this delightful little spot in Bothell. It offers authentic vegetarian Indian cuisine, with many dishes being vegan or easily made vegan upon request. The Mysore masala dosa was delicious, boasting a perfectly crispy exterior and a flavorful filling. The Veg Manchurian was equally tasty. The dokla, served as a special, came with tamarind and coriander chutney, which was a nice touch. I appreciated the generous use of curry leaves, which enhanced the flavor of every dish. The spice level was a comfortable medium. I can't wait to return!
The food here has a bit of a kick and is quite oily, but I appreciate the wide variety of vegan options available. I ordered the chole bhature, which is a deep-fried bread served with garbanzo beans in a spicy sauce. Be sure to specify that you want "no milk, paneer, or ghee." Paneer (Indian cheese) and ghee (clarified butter) can be easy to overlook, as they are such common ingredients in Indian cuisine, so people often forget to mention them. However, the staff at the counter are knowledgeable about all the ingredients, so as long as you clearly communicate your needs, you won't have any issues with your orders here.
The food here is slightly spicy and a bit greasy, but I appreciate the variety of vegan options available. I ordered the Chole Bhatura, which features deep-fried bread served with chickpeas in a spicy sauce. Just be sure to avoid any milk, cream, or ghee, as these ingredients can sometimes be overlooked since they are staples of Indian cooking. The paneer (Indian cheese) and ghee (clarified butter) are not always immediately recognized as dairy products, so it's important to keep that in mind. However, the staff at the counter is knowledgeable about the ingredients and are happy to assist you. As long as you clearly communicate your dietary needs, you shouldn’t have any issues with your order.
One of the best South Indian restaurants in Lynwood/Bothell area. We tried thali, Mysore bonda, gulab jamun. Everything is fresh and absolutely delicious. Coconut chutney is like in India. Most of the restaurants in US don’t have this quality.
