Amaro Bistro - Bothell

Overall, it was a great experience. The prices are a bit on the higher side for what you get, but I would probably go back.

Zachary, our waiter, was exceptional! He made excellent food recommendations and provided top-notch service, even with a very busy restaurant.

We have visited this restaurant several times for special occasions. Our favorites are the lasagna and the beet salad, but during our recent visit, the beet salad had very few beets. I was disappointed that the beets were served in chunks instead of being sliced crosswise.

This is our first trip back to amaro in 3 years. before eating was good, but now they have bought a new chef in the last 2 years. wow. great improvement and we had a wonderful meal, with very excellent service! highly recommended!
