Once of the worst experiences I’ve had in a long time, Flor the cashier was rude and disrespectful. I stopped by April 12 at 1:47pm. I repeated myself to make sure my order was correct and still everything was wrong. When I tried to speak to her to get things fixed she rolled her eyes and ignore me. I would never recommend this kfc and the end things I still had to wait for my messed up order.Parking: Cramped space, No where to park.
They make delivery drivers go inside even when they have absolutely no customers in the lobby or drive-thru
So, we went here a few days ago. We ordered using the touch screen kiosk. An ornery customer was at the counter, and I think they made off with our order. Not y'all's fault. But we then waited over an hour for our food. When we talked to staff about the problem, they fixed it right away, even gave us some extra sauce, which was cool.Unfortunately, the quality of the chicken at KFC has gone down considerably within the past 6 months. The tenders aren't tenderloin anymore, they're thin, noodle-like strips of breast meat pressed together with the grain going along the length of the strip. The texture is noticeably worse, almost spongy. The breading was also kinda mushy.Again, none of these complaints are the fault of the staff at this particular location, I feel like they handled things exceptionally well. KFC as a company is to blame for the drop in quality. I'll probably pick a different chicken place next time I'm craving tenders.
Total lack of customer service placed an order, got home and checked the food and we were missing 2 pieces of chicken of the 6 we ordered, also missing 5 pc nuggets. Tried filling out survey and was told someone would contact within 48 hours 5 days later NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME. Tried calling the store every day and it just rings and rings, no one answers. HORRIBLE SERVICE and to make matters worse these guys charge 40 50% more than other locations.
