Sir Joseph Banks Hotel - BOTANY

Old pub, but shut off from the road (even if it is a quiet road down). Pleasant inside with a courtyard and good staff, but also costs more than the much better pubs in Botany. You have to celebrate that the only other pub in... Banksmeadow closes and now they have a monopoly.

I recently revisited the pub that I love, but this time I decided to try the spaghetti Marinara. Unfortunately, it was the worst I have ever had. The portion was very small and the Marinara sauce looked like it came from a supermarket package. I couldn't even identify any actual seafood in the dish. I was very disappointed. My advice is to avoid ordering the spaghetti Marinara and try something else on the menu that requires a bit more effort from the kitchen.

Tonight he was bitterly disappointed. 9 of us for dinner. Pizza bases were soggy. Chicken carving size was like a children's meal. Salad with halloumi served without halloumi. And had to wait 50 minutes!! Was trivia night, but some of the tables were ready and ready to go and we didn't get our meal. Very usual.

THE Joey has been my local for over 40 years, the district has changed and so the Joey, Great food, relaxed area in the beer garden and children's family Freindly. The menu is long and the specials change regularly, go... and enjoy the Joey like me and my family and freends for years,

I have visited this restaurant multiple times on Tuesday nights for their $10 steak or schnitzel special. I always choose the steak because it is delicious and cooked to perfection. I like to finish off my meal with a tasty dessert, like the sticky date pudding. I would definitely recommend this restaurant!
