Cheap food. Often by students frequented. Good staff also.
Stop serving your costumers with dry, re-heated and microwaved foods.
Foods are okay. Services are okay too. I just don't like the designs of the wall, the color of the walls. Its too dark. Maybe a little bright or light color that will refresh the aura of the customers.
