Starbucks - Boston

Employees at this location really are exceptional friendly people. The guy working register this morning was a charming guy who is happy to chat a bit with customers while also being efficient with orders. One of the better Starbucks in the area. Limited seating at the windows and handoff counter and can get busy as it's near several hospitals.

Every time I go this Starbucks they are always friendly Shea! I swear knows my order .. when my order is messed up she always takes care of me! Despite them very busy they move those orders!! I see why she’s one of the managers keep up the great work Starbucks

Pretty run-of-the-mill Starbucks. Friendly baristas. Can get pretty hectic/confusing when it’s busy, though.

First, the hours on google is wrong. I was on my way to go to another cafe and was surprised to see that the store is open. Second, the cashier could care less what I was ordering or what I wanted. Had to repeat 3 times to place an order. Worst part, still didn?t help reload the card before charging. When I asked if the charging was done, she just gave me an ?oops? attitude and did nothing to make it right again. The barista was nice so I?m leaving an average star rating. But won?t return.
