The bartender seemed to do all the work while others just stood around.

We had booked a table for a birthday and when we turned up we were informed that they had closed the terrace, and the staff offered no alternative. Ruined our night

We did not use our reservation because they had closed the restaurant and no one notified us. We were hosting a small work party and only found out the restaurant was closed when we arrived. We had to pivot to the restaurant downstairs in the hotel. The service was very slow there. Some notice would have been appreciated.

This place has great potential. The atmosphere is amazing but the staff are a bunch of young high school kids who seem that they have zero experience. Let alone that there is only 2-3 working at a time. If they were trained how to make drinks and serve, plus had a dress code and followed it, they would do incredibly well. Disappointing
