Purple Shell - Boston

Fantastic restaurant. This review is long due, since my last visit 2yrs ago. The menu is absolutely astonishing and makes you want to order 1 of each. By far, my favorite menu item is the lobster tacos. Delicious and perfectly seasoned lobster meat in crunchy flaky shells makes you wanna order more and more. Their drink menu is diverse and has a touch of originality. Their bartender and wait staff are more than helpful and willing to make any drink. I cannot wait for my next visit.

10/10 sushi experience in Boston! Everything you order has a surprising element to it whether it be shocking and unique flavor combinations or a really beautiful presentation. You gotta go

I recently dined at Purple Shell, a sushi spot in Boston, and was thoroughly impressed by the unique experience. One standout dish was the salmon roasted over fire, which was both visually stunning and delicious. The cocktail selection was fun and creative, adding to the overall vibe of the restaurant. The atmosphere was lively and the seating plentiful, providing a comfortable dining experience. While parking may have been a challenge, it was a small inconvenience compared to the fantastic food and atmosphere of Purple Shell. I highly recommend checking out this sushi spot for its innovative dishes and enjoyable atmosphere.

I heard this place through many friends. The place was beautiful and service was good. The sushi was just okay. My most favorite dish for the night was avocado salad

My favorite sushi in the area and a great place to go for lunch/ dinner. Their delivery services need some work though. I’ve ordered out a few times and just about every single time there’s an item missing. It’s never missing the main dish thankfully, but they’ll consistently forget the items like spicy mayo, the side of rice, soy sauce, etc.
