Pit Stop Barbeque - Boston

I placed an online order and chose the option to pay with cash in person. After waiting several hours for confirmation, I was surprised to find that my order had been canceled. Since I live over 45 minutes away, I wanted to confirm the order before making the trip to the restaurant. Unfortunately, this establishment is lacking in professionalism, as they don’t confirm orders to let customers know that management has received them. It's disappointing to try to support a long-standing local business under these circumstances.

I placed an online order and unfortunately received the wrong items entirely. The phone number provided isn't working, so I can't reach out to request a new delivery person.

I first was introduced to the PIT STOP in the mid nineties. I have eaten a lot of different restaurants which have barbecue on the menu.I find that the PIT STOP is the best. Now with online ordering capability, which makes it easier to place your order. I used this feature twice. Each time my order was ready when promise. They give you a lot for your money. Outstanding Customer Service!

Not for nothing I love that place because it used to be the Banger back in the day but... I want a few days ago I got beef ribs and pork ribs collard greens and the yams.. The yams were excellent... The collard greens honestly tasted like fish and smell like fish. It was cold even though I waited 30 minutes outside, the beef ribs made me think that I was going to lose my cheats for Real no offense to the place.. The portraits were good but it just seemed like they were made the day before and all they did was just throw them inside of container for me. I would rate this place 0 but you can't

The food is the best and only in the neighborhood but the service absolutely SUCK for no reason. It doesn't take that much to be courteous to people. You should also use some of that PPP money on cleaning up the place. Let's just say I rather drive 15 miles to Somerville for something a little more expensive but a better atmosphere and greater service.
