Kneeland Café - Boston

Went looking for an alternative to Dunkin at my work and found it! The owner is so sweet and personal. It takes longer to refine the delicious sandwiches with love and care, so if you have to run, I guess run on Dunkin, but think Kneeland Cafe if you want to be treated like a person!

Great little spot! Quality food at a reasonable price. Owner was friendly and friendly. I'm back regularly!

Good food but only eat here if you have time and patience. I think there's only one young girl in the store all day. This makes waiting long, ive twice ordered and every time I wait in an empty shop to pick up my food. Last time I waited about fifteen minutes until she finally came out of the back room. At least leave a phone number or something? My break is always wasted because she's never in the store when I come to pick up. Phone calls will never be picked up. Will still know order that I must have patience and time.
