Dunkin' - Boston

Some people better stay home if they are having a bad day. And when you work with people, it is even more important. The service here is usually terrific. But what I got last visit was one big bad attitude. Hopefully it was a one time thing...

WORST Dunkin’ donut branch ever in terms of service; staff are horrible. I have visited multiple times and each time I think the service can’t get worse than this, but they surprise me with an even worse service the next time. Horrible horrible horrible experience.

We were staying at the Commonwealth Hotel next door, which doesn't provide morning coffee, so each morning I came to DD and got lattes for us both. Yummy. Nice people. Nice price.

Staff is honestly terrible, they overcharged me and refused to fix it, and tried it again the next time I came in, basically forgetting about the promos running. They also do not speak basic English, which I would usually not care about, but it is quite difficult to have these issues resolved with that language barrier.

The customer service at this restaurant was terrible. Upon entering, I saw an employee smoking out front who threw down her cigarette and came inside with an angry attitude. She fulfilled my order in a rude manner and her uniform looked unkempt. I will definitely be avoiding this location in the future.
