Bidrage med feedbackThe tapioca pearls were soft and chewy, and I loved that I could customize the ice and sugar levels in my tea. I chose 80% sugar, which was perfectly sweet for my taste. The only drawback is that it's a bit pricier than other places like Boston Tea Stop and Kung Fu Tea; a regular drink costs $4, and the pearls are an additional 50 cents.
I've been waiting for a bubble tea place to open in Back Bay for a while, and I've finally found the first one (outside of Chinatown). It’s exactly what you’d expect from a bubble tea shop. It’s a perfect spot for a fun lunch drink with friends. If you’re not too familiar with bubble tea like I am (I love it, but don’t know what to order), make sure to take a moment to let the barista explain their many options. I recommend trying the Thai Milk Tea, and you definitely can’t forget to add the pearls (the tapioca balls in the tea)!
The boba here is delicious, but my last visit took quite a while—about 30 minutes to prepare five tea orders.
Great rest spot after hanging out all day
