You’re paying for the atmosphere. The bacon breakfast sandwich was disappointing- thin cheap bacon and on a basic roll with instant eggs. Worst part is their payment processor for credit cards has no ability to tip the employees which is a disgraceFood: 1/5

Walked past, decided to give it a go. So good I had to leave a review. The coffee is 10/10! The baristas are incredible! Food is amazing! Environment is extremely relaxing. Will be coming back again, thanks you!

Cafe Nero has one the be best quality coffee options in New England. For a coffee chain of such a value, I would expect customer service in the Seaport cafe to be excellent. Disappointing that it is far from that.
