Caffe Nero - Boston

I always love this place and its coffee. However, an employee entered while I communicated with another person about my order today (I ordered ice coffee and got ice cubes) and asked me with a STERN face as if I turned around. I communicated politely all the time and was shocked to be treated like this.

Great place to cool or do some work. Many varied and comfortable seating options with access to sockets and reliable Wi-Fi. If Chai Latte were not recommended, it was excessively sweet and tasted watered. The banana bread was normal.

Cappuccino with Belgian chocolates, delish. I love the pistachio ricotta pie, really delicious. The staff is great. I think they need to find out if the order system, if you are ahead, and sometimes the waiting times are too slow, they don't seem short employees. So not sure why. Also the promotional products they do not have, like the lemon pistachio cannoli. You should take off the shields. But I love this place

I told her not to add any skim cream, I?m allergic to it ..she did add some, I think she was in some other world.. I had a serious allergic reaction .. my body got pale and fluffy.. got skin irritation as well .. I gave her instruction before hand quite clearly.. awful.

Visited a few days ago after dropping my older sibling off, and this place was wonderful. i've been to one other caffe nero two years go and it was great too, but this service was absolutely exceptional. the person serving was super knowledgeable and friendly. ordered a frappe (which i usually don't have) and it was wicked good. definitely worth the stop.
