Wendy's - Bossier City

It was very slow sitting in Drive-thru at least 15 min. before I order my order in his was only 3 cars in front of me must be a little faster.

Today is 7/30/22. it storms tonight. I went through the way. it was about 1100p. I was told that the current was outside, although it was lighter in the load. they all smoked outside. I never commanded one. the lighter in the Waffle House next door and everything else was.

Always a little dirty, inside. drive them thru and dine in are quite fast.

Only the drive thru is open so I could only order outside. The employee took my order 2x and still got it wrong. I ordered chicken nuggets and had to ask for sauce again after I ordered at the drive thru. I was told by the worker I 'd be charged extra ! The manager on duty just handed me more. I was also charged for nuggets, no fries even though they asked what drink for the nuggets meal. It became clear they needed more workers but the few people there need to pay attention to details. It 's not even that they were busy.

This is a very disorganized establishment. They r so stupid, they dnt even have the decency to put a sign on the door, on rainy day, to say, “only the drive thru is open.” So they would rather theirs customers get wet in the rain, jus to tell them they can’t come in…this place should b closed down
