Walk On's Sports Bistreaux Bossier

The butter pecan pie was absolutely delicious—I'm usually not a fan of whipped cream, but the whipped cream on this pie was the best I've ever had. The mozzarella cheese logs were impressively thick and longer than most, with a crispy exterior and a nice kick of spice. They were so good! I also enjoyed the fried catfish, which was fantastic. My husband ordered the shrimp po' boy. He loves spicy food, but even he found it quite spicy—yet he couldn't stop raving about how good it was! Thank you for making our anniversary dinner so special!

I just want to share that Shelby is truly the best waitress I've ever had. She was polite and incredibly attentive to her customers, making my experience at the Bossier location exceptional. I won't allow the poor customer service I'm currently experiencing with Kalie to influence my review. Aside from this one incident, this place is fantastic. Most of the staff are friendly and cheerful, and the food is consistently excellent. If it's your first visit, definitely try the duck and andouille gumbo—you won't regret it. The atmosphere is great for everyone!

Tonight our server went above and beyond to take care of us. She was always very polite and friendly. Our dinner was served correctly and everything tasted just right. Thanks for being a great server, Daisy!
