Starbucks - Bossier City

Worst coffee I’ve ever had in my life. Wish I hadn’t wasted . Never again at this location

My daughter stood at the pick up counter for a few minutes waiting to be acknowledged. She wanted a stopper for her hot cocoa. She was ignored, so my husband reached up and grabbed one out of a mug they had sitting on the counter. The barista said “no, you can’t do that” grabbed the mug and poured the entire thing out while staring at my husband. I get people are scared of germs nowadays, but this was so inappropriate.

A bit of a long line in the drive thru, but it moved quick enough

The absolute worst. Extremely rude. Argumentive. Zero customer service. Would rate them zero stars if I could on here.

Does not support the military and that's just wrong.
