Pho Viet - Bossier City

I tried the shrimp spring rolls and the brisket pho at this restaurant. The broth in the pho was one of the best I've had in the area. The service was friendly and quick.

I placed an order that was abandoned and then I couldn't get through to the restaurant again. The telephone line kept giving me a busy signal and then immediately disconnected. The service was bad and I couldn't reach them on Facebook either. Finally, the food arrived.

I absolutely adore this restaurant - the food is fantastic and Steven, the owner and chef, is amazing!

First time going to this Restaurant. I waited for my food for about minutes. The silverware was dirty. Very unhappy with the whole visit I will not be back.
