Mandarin Express - Bossier City

I used to love eating here, but my last 2 experiences have been terrible. The time before last, I came on my lunch break, which is 10-11. I showed Up at 10:15 and they told me that they wasn’t ready yet. I sat down at the table in front of them and waited Another 30 minutes with the lady just standing there looking at me. After another 10 minutes, a girl walked up to them and ordered some food. I was Frustrated because i was There for almost all my lunch break, waiting, and wasn’t notified that they were ready. My last experience was yesterday, I showed up to get food around 12 and I got myself a 2 entree plate with sesame and honey chicken with noodles. When eating the food it tasted like it had been sitting out awhile, but I assumed it was my taste buds being thrown off from my last sickness. After that, I started to feel nauseous and stomach felt funny. Around 7 is feel I realized that I had food poisoning because I started to vomit and had bad diarrhea constantly from 7 pm to 4 am. I was finally able to go to sleep and see the doctor in the morning. I’m sad that I won’t be eating there anymore because I used to eat there faithfully, but the thought of their food makes my stomach turn now

Friendly service however I got more rice than meat the honey chicken and wontons was hard im not sure if they over cooked them or what the black pepper chicken was good

It's has really yummy food with a friendly staff..... Plus it's very clean inside.

The portion sizes are small and the service is poor. This restaurant was once excellent, but now the food is disappointing and lacks freshness.

The food was not fresh. After I returned my plate and explained that it was cold and not fresh, they denied my complaint and refused to give me a refund. When I asked for the manager's number, they gave me a fake number. The customer service was as awful as the food.
