Logan's Roadhouse - Bossier City

Yesterday I ordered takeout from Logan's on Texas Street. I ordered the 8oz ribeye well done. When I got home to relax and eat my food this is what I've bit into. This is definitely not well done. When I called to let them know what happened someone promised to have the manager give me a call back and I never received the phone call. This literally has my skin crawling. Edited:. I received an email from one of the managers Carly and was asked to call her . She was very polite pleasant and went well above my expectations to making sure that everything is rectified. I understand that mistakes happen and sometimes we all get what we pay for. My complaint was more about the fact that no one got back in touch with me but she made sure that I will return. Thank you. I'm here now at the Logan's and one of the Managers Caryl has been really helpful to rectify everything . I am a satisfied customer

The restaurant where you can toss peanut shells on the floor is known as the Usual Logan Setup. The waiter was excellent, and the wait time was reasonable for a Saturday afternoon. I will definitely be back to try it again!

Our server today was friendly, prompt, and very efficient. The food was fresh and served hot. Definitely worth the price!

The food we had tonight was fantastic! Whoever was in the kitchen did an excellent job on my pork chops.

I order a steak to be cooked well,well done but it wasn't so I sent it back but when I got it the second time it had more pink on the inside then it did the first time. By then everyone was done with there food and I hadn't even started eating so the manager did come out the thrid time and ask me if I wanted to send it back again but I said no I'm just not eating it cause everyone is ready to go so she did take if off my bill. But, to me the food was horrible!!!!!!
