The chop beef sandwiches are so good. That's all I have ever ate since a little boy. I eat at least 4 when I go there. Yum Yum

I think they're fantastic! I was born and raised in the Shreveport-Bossier area, and now at 53, I can confidently say that Cobb's hot links are the best I've ever had. I've tried plenty of places around here, but nothing compares. I also really enjoy their potato salad and barbecue sauce.

This restaurant has a charming, vintage vibe, although it appears a bit unkempt both outside and inside. Despite its worn appearance, it’s a beloved local institution in Bossier that has been serving patrons for years. The BBQ was outstanding, and the sauce was truly exceptional. The homemade potato salad offers a unique twist, but it’s quite delicious. The service was excellent, and the staff was very friendly. Additionally, the prices were very reasonable. All in all, I would definitely come back.

I grew up enjoying Cobb's BBQ and absolutely love their vinegar-based sauce. They've gone through a few changes over the years in terms of their cooking and smoking techniques, but it remains our family's favorite BBQ place!
