Jasmine's Noodle - Bossier City

Upon arriving at the restaurant, Christopher at the front desk suggested trying the combination salad or short ribs for dinner. Although I am a frequent guest at this establishment, I had never dined at Jasmines before. Christopher assured me that I would not be disappointed, and he was absolutely correct! The short ribs were incredibly delicious, possibly the best meat I have ever tasted. I enjoyed it so much that I have decided to return for dinner again tonight. This visit will be just the first of many to come.

First and foremost, it is important to note that this restaurant is a small food bar located inside a large casino. It can be inconvenient to access if you are solely going for the food. One positive aspect is the friendly staff. However, the experience with the food was disappointing. The fruity drinks on the menu sounded enticing, but they were served in aluminum cans. The spring rolls were average, but the highlight of the meal. The chicken main dish was dry and the vegetables were overcooked and mushy. The pork banh mi was particularly disappointing. I must mention that I am originally from Vietnam, so my critique may be harsh. I understand that the restaurant has limited space, but I believe customers deserve a better Vietnamese dining experience.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. The Chicken Bahn Mi sandwich was delicious and the Fried Rice with Shrimp fulfilled a late-night craving. The portions were generous and satisfying. I also tried the strawberry fruit bubble tea, which was tasty and fresh, although I prefer my boba to be chewier and colder. Despite being busy, the food was served quickly.

My first experience eating here, had vouchers from casino, $50.00 total, so glad I didnt waste money on that food. Spring rolls were horrible, have no clue what they were rolled in, they were just weird.. tried some kind of sandwich, now as an adult I have never spit food out, but I had to on that, got the ribs and beef skewers, they tasted ok, but full of gristle and very chewy. Best part of the meal was the $3.00 sodas.Never again.

My meal was delicious, and the meat was melt-in-your-mouth tender. The mix of vegetables and noodles was just right, and it had an excellent flavor. The portions were plentiful, and the service friendly and polite.
