Homewood Suites Shreveport Bossier City

5 stars for the room, facility, and service We stayed in a suite for 2 nights. Our room appeared to have been recently updated and was very nice. I would like to know the airfreshner or scent that was in the room when we first arrived. This is the first time we've had a room with the bedroom to close off. This is very nice when you're sleeping, especially if you have pets. The entire suite was hard surfaced floor. This was very nice. Not sure if all the remodels are this way or just the first floor pet friendly rooms. The entire staff was friendly and helpful.

Very nice room. Had issue with the room, maintenance was there in 5 minutes to tend to it. Very impressed.

Rooms could use an upgrade. There should not be carpet in a pet friendly hotel. The space is adequate but one can tell there is a lack of adequate house keeping.
