Cold Stone Creamery - Bossier City

It was clean..but also pretty busy. The wait was a little long but not to bad..Ice cream was good but I didn't enjoy the shake.. but if I'm ever back in town here I would definitely return.

Cashier is rude to doordash dtivers.. Very unprofessional… No Supervisor available to make complaints to… Staff needs training in customer service.

Went there to get a smoothie for my birthday, and was told that nothing like that was available. Is it poor ordering or lazy employees, or a combination of both? Will never go there again to find out!!

Anyone can make a mistake, but the lady at cold stone went above and beyond to make up for it,so that is way she gets 5 stars
