Stayed here for 2 nights due to working nearby, What a place!! Starting with the rooms, very well kept and cosy. The beds are extremely comfortable and the pillows were perfect for my liking. I slept very well considering I normally don't get much sleep in hotels! The food, simply amazing! I couldn't fault it one bit. The guy I presume is the owner suggested a side order between me and a colleague I stead of one each and he wasn't wrong. The Pork Tomahawk was nothing short of perfect and I will be having it again when I return! The Diane sauce accompanied it brilliantly. The Staff. The owner (I presume), was a proper gentleman, funny, welcoming and happy to chat with us. Joseph at breakfast was another fantastic employee here, attentive and funny and a very good telephone manner! The rest of the staff here, bar staff, chefs and cleaners were all brilliant. Everyone was approachable and more than happy to help. My only gripe here was the parking, there wasn't much do to the place being on a roundabout, but do not let that put you off this amazing hotel/bar/restaurant.
