Casali del cartore is located on 1100mt in the beautiful mountainland of abruzzo on the foot of some large mountains, also known as the dolomites of italia centrale. marco and his wife manage the small restaurant and few rooms to spend the night with. quality in all aspekten.
In the bucolic village cartore welcome anna and marco them with a bright smile in their wonderfully decorated restaurant for a wonderful gustative experience. tasty ham and salam, big cheese with made to house jam, hearty suppe, gott tasting ricotta, sweet fresh pasta, juicy. roasted arosticini. and a beautiful bottle montepulciano d’abruzzo! everything was perfect. a must-go if they love real Italian cuisine.
Nice location. pastes leave to be desired. meat and good wines
Nice farm-restaurant, excellent welcome from the owner, prices a little higher than other places but the quality must be paid.
