After a day trip to the north of Öland, we made a stop in Borgholm. Here we had a nice meal in the cozy restaurant of Matbaren! The restaurant is located in a park and looks like a greenhouse, which made the atmosphere super cool! I had passed on my allergy with my reservation and upon arrival the waitress went over everything with me. The staff was so top notch and friendly, as was the chef! Good raw beef but I missed the egg yolk. Recommended dishes: Råbiff
