Bidrage med feedbackSince I lived in Strasbourg, I had not rediscovered the taste for a real homemade pastry. In short, the best pain au chocolat (oops chocolatine) for me in several years.
While passing through Bordeaux, and on a rainy January afternoon, I came across Maison Guillaume Glim by chance happy coincidence! Over two days I was able to taste four cakes: a lemon meringue tartlet delicious; a chocolate éclair excellent; a raspberry/almond cake raspberry cream topped with fresh raspberries a marvel; and, a salted caramel cheesecake baking perfection! An address to remember.
This is all I wanted this place to be and more
There was no space in Mistura, so four of us dined here on a Saturday night instead.
