The staff is very friendly and helpful. But because of the Bastille today it was too crowded and the service was so slow and somewhat dissatisfied. The entrecôte aka steak was so terrible, I ordered “A Point” and it was boiled. The same with my friend, the beef should be “Saignant”, but it was too boiled. It was so dry and chewing. Beef does not come from France but from Germany. A bit disappointed for a French restaurant. Strange pommes. Otherwise Foie Gras is good, Melo Milo is good. The part is pretty, so we couldn't take desserts.
Okay food but could be better The restaurant has a good brasserie atmosphere with a good mood. The menu is small but offers a wide selection of beautiful dishes from the region. However, we went there for lunch during peak hours and unfortunately the staff was not very welcoming (probably because it was busy) and we had to wait some time to serve (not extremely though). The food was good, but a bit cold, but the staff was understanding and really helpful. I would recommend that you try out the food, but try to come in a quiet night.
We waited an hour to be served. The waiter ignored us and served all the other tables. We're so hungry. Food came decent, but the treatment of the waiter ruined the experience. It seemed like a very attractive restaurant from the outside.
The restaurant looked good, there were seats outside, the menu looked reasonable, so we were sitting outside on the street and watching people. we went for the middle area prix fixed menu, and ok not Cordon bleu but good 3 course meal that made the job,...ie: fill me up! we are quite similar in taste, so both went to start for Calamari and steak-basin with pepper sauce for the net. they were all right, the Bavette was fine. Service was fast and our waiter was very friendly and worked his back, seemingly on himself and running around like a headless poulet. Pudding was fine, I ordered a blackberry cream, but it was black currant, maybe a translation thing? her a crepe, that was cr*pe, more gumsy, even 5 out of the 6 meals were good. we saw a few to the right have the next price-up menu, and it was not much different than ours, so we made the right choice - for a change!!
