Chez Paulette - Bordeaux

Sunday night, quiet street... We wander in search of a peaceful restaurant ... and we find Paulette! First, the decor of old France, the attic of the great father, we love! Each element is a pretext for discussion in mind, and family confidences... A French musical breeze accompanies us. The menu is nice, the great menu, but to taste without choosing desserts, we offer a piece of beef and a gourmet coffee (which is not on the menu). Half a bottle of red goes with us, not to my first aggressive taste, but I'm not a sommelier... The following orge will be less belligerent. Man's dish continues... A beautiful bone with marrow and intercoast, served with fries onion jams (maybe more relieved) and confines (new to us appreciated). We ask for garlic breaks, brought quickly and with a smile, delicate attention. My tab skewer was as promised, an extremely tender and perfect cooking. The dishes are salted at the minima, which for me is pleasant, but which may disturb some. I mean, gourmet coffee... I say, too greedy, excellent! A mascarpone whipped with compote pineapple, a spicy and tasty chocolate cake, a cinnamon wrapped with salted caramel ice, and a burning cream... Two dishes (20 17), two desserts (7.5x2), a half bottle(14.40), 66.40€. We were thrilled with the evening, and we'll be back! The staff is welcoming and guests are pleasant

First experience in this restaurant, installed quite quickly but long waiting before you can order the apéros 25 minutes then we get all the order at the beginning of the service. Apéro dessert and wine. Those who had to arrive, the wine came before the whisky and the appetizers. The result is the tuna rossini with whisky to avoid it being too cold. Otherwise the theme of the respected brewery. Good dish and pretty copyy. Service once the order is taken fast and smiling. 5 euros to drink to the very dynamic waitress. Redo with a little less world and take a little more time to taste a good whisky.

A good brewery with charming décor, a slightly light dish and the menu price is much more expensive than the one announced on the official restaurant site. It's always a good value for money.

An eclectic decoction with disappointment loves him or not, I love him. The map contains a rare point of originality in this tourist region. There is for all tastes and scholarships. If you like the sea, try the magret tartar at eight.

Very good restaurant with prices more than suitable. The menu offers traditional dishes of good bills and you are more hungry when you leave. Decorate original and waitress all pleasant.I recommend it
