Bidrage med feedbackI believe that Bucking Bull in Garden City deserves recognition for the exceptional friendliness and customer service of its staff, particularly those working in December 2015 (although they may no longer be employed there). My wife and I visited the establishment during a late-night shopping event and decided to dine in the food court. As a fan of meat, I appreciate the decent meals offered at a reasonable price by this franchise. The quality at this branch was consistent with that of other Bucking Bull locations. The staff were remarkably friendly and knowledgeable, offering helpful suggestions for sides to accompany my pork dish. They greeted us with a warm smile and accommodating attitude, even providing extra sides and gravy upon request. During our visit, another customer mistakenly received a non-vegetarian meal, which was promptly and professionally handled by the staff who offered a refund or replacement with chips. The situation was managed superbly, showcasing excellent customer service. Well done, Bucking Bull team!
We ordered a fish and a sub at the restaurant. After waiting for some time, we noticed that about 10 other people had arrived after us and already received their orders before us. When my wife's fish was finally ready, we had to wait an additional 5 minutes for my sub to be prepared, resulting in the fish becoming cold. We complained to the staff and received a half-hearted apology along with an excuse that they had run out of water.
I am someone who loves to experiment with new dining experiences, but there are times when I regret not sticking to what I know. Bucking Bull is a fast food restaurant that specializes in beef dishes, but unfortunately, I was left wishing I had the chance to give some cooking advice as the food seemed to have more problems than solutions.
A good selection of dishes from a sandwich to frying. I went for the latter. A fair part of beef and 3 pages. Beef melted in the mouth and the sides were great.
Don't go, the food is ****. I'm sure they keep the food for days, why it's dried and tasty and overpriced
