Burger King - Boonville

I decided to get breakfast this morning because the line at McDonald's was too long. I ordered French toast sticks that resembled chicken fries - they were hard and broke when touched, burnt and not suitable for my child. The black coffee I ordered tasted burnt, while the vanilla cold coffee was excessively sweet and disgusting. I ordered a sausage and cheese croissant but received an egg and cheese one instead, which was absolutely disgusting.

The restaurant overall is great, but the morning shift staff need to stop assuming that customers only want small meals. I wanted to order a biscuit separately from my French toast sticks and hash brown bites, but ended up with a small meal. Even though my fiancé ordered me a large Dr. Pepper, I received a small one instead. I specifically only mentioned wanting large hash brown bites, not small anything else.

The restaurant offers excellent service and delicious food. The only downside is that they tend to over fry their dishes.

I just left after standing at the counter for approximately 15 minutes waiting to place my order. A couple of employees saw me waiting but continued walking from station to station. The employees seemed to be more concerned with drive-thru. Now that I've wasted nearly half of my lunch break I had to go eat elsewhere.

Younger man 20-30?s with tattoos was extremely rude from the get go while taking my order. So disappointed nothing wrong with the food only the customer service just because you’ve had other rude customers before hand maybe it shouldn’t set your mood for the next ones
