Taco Bell - Booneville

AVOID THIS RESTAURANT!!! The staff is extremely rude. They seem to prioritize drive-thru orders over everything else. They left out most of the chicken in the new cantina chicken order and completely omitted the chips and cheese. My son waited at the counter for assistance, but the staff just stared at him without offering any help. Customers in the lobby have to wait far too long for their orders. By the time one customer finishes their meal, the next one is still waiting for theirs. Those who order through DoorDash have reported that this is a frequent issue at this location.

I ordered the Taco Party Pack, but the taco shells were stale and unpleasant. They had an old smell and taste that made them inedible—even my dog wouldn’t touch them! Unfortunately, I couldn’t get a refund or a replacement Taco Party Pack. Overall, I was really disappointed. The takeout service was quick and efficient, and the meal was delicious. I would highly recommend trying the tacos and the double chalupa. Both were bursting with flavor and well-prepared. The overall atmosphere was friendly and inviting, making it a great choice for dinner. Everything was top-notch!

This was my first visit to this Taco Bell. I ordered online used the drive thru. For a little college town the young man at the drive thru was extremely polite and courteous. The food was fresh and delicious. The soft tacos were not all dough. They actually had meat, cheese and lettuce in them. Thumbs up and 5 stars if dining inside is as pleasant as their drive thru, then this is by far the best one I’ve ever seen. Service: Take out
