I picked up four subs around six o'clock. There was one female in 1 male working. They were not greeting anyone when they came in. They kept their head down, and I could tell they were working on my mobile order. Because I watched them place it on the mobile order rack. There was a line all the way to the back of their store. They were not moving very fast at all. To make matters worse, when I got mysubs. They weren't even warm, but yet, these were subs that were toasted. I'm a little confused by that.
