We knew we wanted BBQ for our dinner at our wedding and it was between Howard Station and another BBQ place. Howard Station won and they won on so many levels!!Their food is so fresh and delicious!Deja, the catering manager, was such a delight to work with!! She was so responsive, kind, and patient with all my questions throughout the whole wedding planning process.The variety on their catering menu was perfect and their food was reasonably priced. They don’t nickel and dime you and their food is worth every penny!And best of all, when we went to taste test the food and we asked to speak to someone about catering, the server let us know the owner was in the back cooking and would love to talk with us. That was something we hadn’t seen before and it was so nice to get to speak to the owner about our wish to have them cater our wedding day!The owners are the sweetest couple, who got married a year ago at the same venue we got married at, Appalachian View! So they had a special place in our hearts from the moment we met them and knew that they were the perfect fit for our wedding.If you are in Boone and searching for the best BBQ place, it’s here. All around incredible staff. Unbelievably friendly throughout the entire meal. If you get Hannah as waitress you’re lucky she absolutely crushes customer service! Please make your Boone trip awesome!

Best BBQ in Boone! Their pulled pork is amazing! I had it with the Blueberry Chipotle and it was delicious! So delicious I didn’t even get a pic of it, lol.Highly recommend! They’re also LGBTQIA+ friendly, so even better! :D

Not sure if we got them on an off night or what, but the food wasn't great. We got pulled pork, brisket and ribs, all were dry. The flavor was good, but it was not enough to beat out the dryness. The Mac and cheese was good and so was the hush puppies and funky fries. Service was good and the atmosphere was nice as well. Food came out in a reasonable amount of time and was hot.

Great BBQ. I recommend the flight of sauces to try with your food. I was lucky enough to get the brisket which is not always available. My daughter highly recommends the smoked mac-n-cheese. The hushpuppies were excellent as well. Service was quick. You will not leave hungry.
