Hatchet Coffee - Boone

My go to coffee shop when I visit Boone. They always have fun delicious seasonal drinks. Super friendly staff. Great atmosphere

Awesome coffee shop! I came here originally before climbing at C45 right next door, but the line was so long I decided to stop by on my way out of town instead. I had an iced coffee and orange cranberry scone. I sat down and read for a bit while enjoying the drink and food. It's so light and vibrant in here, they also have a good small merch section with local artists/vendors up front that's fun to peruse. I will absolutely return here either before or after climbing (just depends on if the line is out the door)!

Maybe my first 5 star review. The line moves fast, they don't over price avocado toast (it's delicious), coffee drinks were deliciously shuggable, and a great vibe.

Always a lovely experience. The coffee and tea are wonderful, as is the breakfast burrito and all the merchandise. The wait staff is friendly, efficient, and professional. Go early and often! Vegetarian options: I am not a vegetarian, but that sausage in the burrito is delicious! Wheelchair accessibility: All on one level and very spacious.

It’s the best place for coffee in the Boone area! The staff is always so friendly and the drinks are so good! I love the busy bee latte but this time I tried something new, I got the seasonal, strawberry matcha lemonade. Let me tell you, that was the best matcha lemonade I’ve ever had! I’d recommend getting it while you can!
