Only for a cup of water for my child and the two women servers almost scream in angry rude voice? There's nothing left. There's nothing open yet!? You? the people there again and can't even give a cup of water to a child? Or just more polite to say? We're not open yet. Pls come at what time? That's ridiculous. I'm just trying to show the ASAP. What a service from the famous Hotel Hyatt! Shame on you. We come here 2-3 times every year, but this rude attitude makes me think never to come back. You didn't have to see a customer feel ruined the day since 10 a.m. during the holiday.

Beautiful surroundings, beautiful selection of local beer, delicious fresh fish tacos.

Great service by the pool and a great burger. They even had a gluten-free bungalow. However, the plantain chips were at best average. The Pommes were decent, but nothing to drive home to Mom.

The menu isn't particularly large but does have a fairly varied selection. Everyone will find something to eat that they'll like. The food is good and the service is friendly. Great poolside eating at a relaxing resort
