The shrimp and fish were delicious. However, my husband’s chicken fried steak was overcooked, and his onion rings were undercooked. Unfortunately, the waitress had some trouble multitasking.

Awful service! We waited over 20 minutes just to have our drink order taken, and when we finally spoke up, we still hadn’t received a menu when it was time to place our food order. We used to order from here often, but the quality has been declining consistently. I usually don't like to complain, but it's so frustrating to see this place going downhill. I've hoped that sharing my experience would lead to improvements, but it seems that nothing is changing. Whenever we order takeout, our order is never correct.

"Take a look at the most recent reviews, everyone. During our last three visits, they were out of something each time, and they didn’t adjust the prices or suggest alternatives. On our most recent visit, we raised a concern about the lack of hushpuppies from a previous takeout order. While they did give us some complimentary hushpuppies, they were stale, cold, and mushy—probably leftover from lunch. It seems like the staff is too limited to provide adequate service. I would be surprised if they manage to stay in business."

I ordered the catfish, and it was amazing! I also really enjoyed the steak-cut fries; you rarely come across those these days!

The service at the restaurant was very slow. After waiting for an hour, my food arrived cold. I won't be returning.
